摘 要: | 将提供特定流体动力条件(二次流)的SSBR反应器和普通向上流SBR反应器进行对比,试验分析氧传质性能、降解性能和颗粒污泥形态,研究高浓度颗粒污泥体系中,优化的流体动力条件-二次流对氧传质效率的影响以及由此引起的种群分布变化.结果表明,SSBR反应器的氧传质速度更快,稳定运行的SSBR反应器能维持更高的溶解氧,有利于提高颗粒污泥内部的溶解氧渗透能力,对颗粒污泥中心区域的营养供给充分,颗粒污泥内部微生物不易老化,有利于颗粒污泥体系的稳定和强化有机物的降解效率.

Abstract: | The synthetic waste water was adopted and secondary flow was introduced to optimize the fluid dynamic conditions to improve the mass transfer in system of high concentration of granular sludge. A comparative operation of SSBR reactor under uniform secondary flow and SBR reactor under the general up-flow carried through. On the basis of studying the mass transfer performance of reactor, further observation of granular sludge's shape and measurement of biodegradable properties were progressed in it From the experiments we found that the dissolved oxygen in SSBR was always higher than that in SBR. The research showed that in the same aeration conditions, compared with the SBR reactor, SSBR reactor was succeeded in maintaining a higher concentration of dissolved oxygen and showed obvious strengthening role towards the organic degradation efficiency as well as the size of sludge particle distributes relatively uniform and the penetration of oxygen within granular sludge spreads more extensively. |
