2004年上半年磷肥硫酸行业态势

2004年1-6月全国磷肥、硫酸生产好于往年同期,磷肥产量[以w(P2O5)100%计]4988 kt,高浓度磷复肥2 559 kt,其中磷酸二铵952kt、磷酸一铵899kt、氮磷钾复合肥503kt、重钙167 kt、硝酸磷肥38kt,低浓度普钙、钙镁磷肥2429 kt;硫酸产量18660kt,其中硫磺制酸7272 kt、硫铁矿制酸6977 kt、冶炼烟气制酸4118kt、其它制酸293 kt.高浓度磷复肥产销两旺,磷酸二铵进口增长渐缓、出口增加,硫磺进口增幅较大,1-6月进口硫磺3 196 kt.预计2004年磷肥产量将达到10000 kt,硫酸产量37000 kt.此外,分析了磷复肥生产中存在的主要问题,如:运输、供电、资金.

Situation of China''''s phosphate fertilizer and sulphuric acid industries for the first half of 2004

Situation of China's phosphate fertilizer and sulphuric acid production for the first half of 2004 is better than the same period of former year. The production of phosphate fertilizers as P2O5 is 4 988 kt, including 2 559 kt high-analysis phosphate and compound fertilizer, of which are 952 kt DAP, 899 kt MAP, 503 kt NPK, 167 kt TSP and 38 kt NP, and 2 559 kt SSP and FMP. The sulphuric acid production is 18 660 kt, 7 272 kt being from sulphur, 6 977 kt from pyrite, 4 118 kt from smelter off-gases and 293 kt from others. Both production and marketing of high-analysis phosphate and compound fertilizers are thriving. DAP import increases at a lower rate. Sulphur import increases rather rapidly, amounting to 3 196 kt. It is forecasted that the production of China's phosphate fertilizer and sulphuric acid will attain to 10 000 kt and 37 000 kt, respectively this year. The main problems with phosphate and compound fertilizer production are analyzed, such as transportation, electric supply and funds.
