| 摘 要： | 介绍了将普通车床改装为拉床的方法.在车床上增加一套夹具装置,可将车床的回转运动改为直线往复运动.车床主轴可只输出扭矩,而由夹具装置承受拉削力,从而实现由车床向拉床的改造.该方法简单,制造容易,能满足质量要求,且改装费用低廉.

| Abstract: | The method refitting the common lathe into broacher is introduced. A set of fixture is added to the lathe to change the rotary motion of the lathe to linear reciprocating motion. The spindle of the lathe may only output the torque and the fixture will bear the broaching force. Then the lathe is refitted into a broacher. This refitting method has the features of simple, easy to do and low cost, which can meet the quality requirement. |
