受美国次级债危机影响，美国次级债的供应商纷纷破产，各跨国投资银行和商业银行出现盈利危机，全球股市下挫暴跌，危机波及全球影响深远。通过对美国次级债危机的形成和传递过程及其原因，以及次级债危机对中国经济的影响的分析，得出结论认为：次级债危机不可小视，政府应警惕危机扩大，加强对信用风险以及金融衍生品的监管。

Impact and enlightenment of junior debt crisis of the United States to China

Under the impact of junior debt crisis in the United States, many junior debt suppliers have gone bankrupt;some transnational investment banks and commercial banks have experienced profitability crisis ; the global share price fell sharply. The impacts of the crisis are deep and wide. By analyzing the formation and reasons of the crisis and its impacts on China＇ s economy, this paper concludes that the government should treat the crisis seriously and strengthen the supervision of credit risk and financial derivatives.
