| 摘 要： | 为考察丹酚酸B的体外抗氧化活性,应用比色法测定丹酚酸B对Fenton体系产生的.OH、邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生的O2-.、DPPH.的清除能力及其还原能力、抗脂质过氧化能力,并考查丹酚酸B与抗氧化活性之间的量效关系。结果表明,丹酚酸B有很强的.OH、O2-.、DPPH.清除能力、还原能力和抗脂质过氧化能力,且其抗氧化活性随丹酚酸B浓度的增大而增强,呈明显的量效关系。

| Abstract: | To investigate the antioxidative activity of salvianolic acid B,the scavenging capacity,reduction capacity and anti-lipid peroxidation capacity of salvianolic acid B to hydroxyl radical(produced by Fenton system),superoxide anion and DPPH·(produced by pyrogallol antioxidative system) were determined by colorimetry method.The dose-effect relationship between the concentration of salvianolic acid B and its antioxidative activity was also studied.Results showed that the scavenging,reduction and anti-lipid peroxidation capacity of salvianolic acid B to hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion and DPPH· were strong,and the antioxidative activity increased with the increase of concentration. |
