一种超声波电动机直线平台的研究

摘    要:设计制作了一种双定子直线型超声波电动机,进行了定子的优化设计及振动模态分析。介绍了一套使用该电机直接驱动的一体化工作台。对预压力的施加方式和预压力与推动力之间的关系进行了研究。实验结果表明,该平台能够实现平稳往复运动。

Abstract:A kind of linear ultrasonic motor which possesses two stators was designed. The optimization design of the stator was carried on and the viberating type of the stator was analysed. A kind of working stage driven by the motor was also presented.The way to preload pressure and the relationship between preloaded pressure and thrust was studied. The experimental results proved that this stage can run stably to-and-fro.
