Calculation of Electrical Field of Breaks Used in GIS and Engineering Calibration |

| Abstract: | Based on the streamer theory, the breakdown voltages of the breaks used in GIS have been calculated by the finite element method, and the results of calculation are in good agreement with the test results. This paper describes also quadratic interpolation and the method of transformation of coordinates used in the calculation. |
