| 摘 要： | 本文提出同时反映投资利率，通货膨胀率，施工期，物价基准年与工程上马时刻的时间差以及施工期内投资分布过程的动态投资计算方法，并编制了快速计算表。既有严格的理论基础，又简便实用，对改善规划设计中的投资计算和筹资计算都有一定现实意义，对领导和决策者也有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | Dynamic investment evaluation is presented for investment interest rate,inflation rate, constructionperiod, time differences between price base year and commencement of project and investment distributionprocess during construction. Rapid-evaluated table is prepared. It is theoretically strict and simple and practical. It is of pratical significance in improving investment and raise funds evaluations and gives reference toleaders and policymakers. |
