摘 要: | 本文中采用光弹试验法测得的刀具前刀面上的应力分布规律,根据作用于切屑上力的平衡条件,得出一种新的计算刀——屑接触长度及作用于前刀面上的最大正应力的计算公式。在得到的公式中,除考虑了前人所得公式中考虑的因素之外,又引进了刀具、工件材料等影响因素。若通过试验确定切削速度的影响系数,则该公式可以作为经验公式使用。

Abstract: | In this paper, based on the stress distribution pattern on rake face of cuttingtool obtained by photo - elastic method and the balance condition of forcesacting on chip, the authors have presented a new approach for determining thechip - tool contact length and maxinum normal stress on the rake face. The inf-luence of cutting tool and work piece materials have been added in it. If theinfluence coefficiate of cutting speed can be experimentally determined, theformulas will give useful results. |
