高硬度耐黄变PU-RIM材料的研究

摘    要:介绍了用反应注射成型(RIM)方法制备高硬度耐黄变聚氨酯材料的配方及工艺条件,通过选择合适的聚醚多元醇、扩链剂、助剂和NCO含量,制备了综合性能良好的高硬度耐黄变聚氨酯材料。

Abstract:The recipe and process conditions for preparing yellowing proof polyurethane materials with high hardness by RIM are introduced. The materials with good comprehensive properties were prepared by choosing suitable polyether polyols, chain extenders,additives and NCO content.
