汽车增压器芯壳冷摆辗成形模设计

摘    要:分析了汽车增压器芯壳的结构特点,给出了芯壳冷摆辗成形所需的坯料形状和尺寸,设计了合理的冷摆辗模具结构,介绍了模具零件之间的装配关系,同时对模具主要零件的形状和尺寸、模具材料的选用以及模具的加工要点作了阐述。

Abstract:After study on the structure of an automotive supercharger core shell,the blank shape and size for the cold rotary forging of the shell were determined.The structure of a cold rotary forging die was designed and discussed,including the assembly relationships between die components,the shape and dimensions of main die components,the selection of die materials,and manufacturing points.
