摘    要:对串-并组合式双管正激变换器的输入端电压不均的问题提出了一种新的控制电路。采样输入端串联分压电容上的电压偏差信号,并把它分时叠加于两交错串联模块主开关管的瞬时电流采样信号上,应用峰值电流控制原理,直接调节两主开关管的占空比,实现其输入端功率均衡及均压。仅用一个交错PWM控制芯片和一个电压调节器,就可以同时实现对该组合式变换器的交错PWM、输出稳压和输入均压的综合控制,结构简单、控制方便。500W样机的实验结果验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:A new control method is proposed, based on the input voltage unbalance of the series-parallel combined two-transistor forward converter. With peak current control, the sampled error voltage between the input capacitors is introduced directly to the PWM pulse generation circuit and both the output voltage and input-voltage-sharing are controlled. A comprehensive control of interleaving PWM, output volt- age-stabilized and input voltages balance are achieved with only a single PWM IC and a voltage regulator. Configuration is very simpleness and control is very converience. Simulated and experimental results with a 500W prototype are presented to verify the analysis and control proposed.
