低压电器用稀土合金触头材料的电性能测试

摘    要:采用粉末冶金方法制备了新型银-稀土氧化物触头材料Ag/SnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3,并用电接触触点材料综合参数测试仪对其电性能进行测试。通过试验得到了燃弧能量、时间曲线。将结果与Ag/CdO的燃弧能量、时间曲线进行了对比。

Abstract:A new silver-rare earth oxide contact material Ag/SnO_2-La_2O_3-Bi_2O_3 has been obtained using powder metallurgy method. The electrical performance of Ag/SnO_2-La_2O_3-Bi_2O_3 was tested using colligation parameters testing apparatus of contact material. The energy and time curve of the arcing was got after testing. Then, the energy and time curves of the Ag/SnO_2-La_2O_3-Bi_2O_3 and the Ag/CdO were compared.
