DMC-PID串级控制在火电厂过热汽温控制中的应用研究

摘    要:根据火电厂过热汽温的动态特性,将先进的预测控制算法和PID控制算法相结合,构成DMC-PID串级控制系统。利用DMC预测控制算法的鲁棒性强及PID控制算法抗干扰性能好的优点,在Matlab平台上进行了仿真,结果表明该控制策略具有明显优于常规PID串级控制的性能。

Abstract:Based on dynamic characteristics of superheated steam temperature in thermal power plants,a DMC-PID cascade control system has been constructed by combination of advanced predictive control algorithm with propertional-integral-derivative(PID)control algorithm.Taking advantage of strong robustness of DMC predictive control algorithm and good counter-interfeerence capability of PID control algorith,a simulation has been carried out on the Matlab platform.results show the above-mentioned control strategy has obviously better perormance than conventional PID cascade control.
