喷气燃料加氢精制装置分馏流程设计与优化

摘    要:介绍了茂名分公司1.20 Mt/a喷气燃料加氢精制装置分馏部分流程的设计与优化情况.从投资、操作、废气排量、能耗、产品质量方面,将汽提-电脱水-凝结脱水流程与重沸炉流程进行了分析对比,阐述了汽提-电脱水-凝结脱水流程的特点以及采用该流程后的装置运行情况.该流程投资少,能耗低,产品合格,经济效益高.

Abstract:The design and optimization of fractionation process for the 24,000 BPSD jet fuel hydrotreating unit in SINOPEC Maoming Company are reviewed. The strlpping-electric dehydration-condensing dehydration process is compared with reboiler process in respect of capital investment, operation, gas emission, energy requirement, product quality etc. The commercial operation of stripping-electric dehydration-condensing dehydration process confirms that the process is low in investment and in energy consumption, good in product quality and in economics.
