电致磷光及其有机El的量子效率提高

摘    要:一般有机电致发光(OEL)器件仅利用了单重态发射,因而效率较低,为了提高有机EL效率,人们设法利用三重态的发射提高其量子效率。本文评述了如何利用三重态发射产生的电致磷光提高有机EL效率问题。

Abstract:The improvement of EL quantum efficency by using the lowest excited-triplet(T1) emission of organic EL devices was described. Generally speaking, electroluminescence is only resulted from the excited singlet state in organic electroluminescent devices. However, the excited triplet state in phosphorescence emission can also be used in order to improve the eletroluminescence efficiency. The relation of electroluminescence and phosphorescence was reviewed.
