《往复压缩机噪声测试分析》

摘    要:利用声级计和双通道数据采集器对现场往复压缩机进行噪声测试和分析研究进行了声级测试和频谱测试。按照工业企业厂界噪声标准对噪声A声级进行了评价。通过频谱分析,找到了噪声源的主要特征以及主要噪声源。最后提出了噪声治理措施。

Abstract:The noise of an on-site reciprocating compressor is measured and analyzed.Sound level testing and spectrum testing are carried out by using sound level meter and two-channel data-acquisition-and-analysis instrument.The sound level is evaluated according to the Industrial Enterprise Noise Standards(Grade A).Through the frequency spectrum analysis,the main noise source and its main feature are found.Finally,some measures for noise reduction and control are proposed.
