陶瓷复合钢管的研究和工业应用

摘    要:工厂已能用SHS-离心法生产出高质量直径Φ800mm的陶瓷内衬钢管。研究发现,在SHS-重力法中,铝热反应主要受气相反应控制,并首次用此法生产出直径Φ273mm的陶瓷内衬整体弯管;全封闭粉料加工系统已工业应用;根据电化学原理,利用计算机系统实现了陶瓷衬层的快速无损探伤;利用反应余热熔化修补剂,在陶瓷表面形成与陶瓷层结合良好、光滑的修补层;在“九五”后期,陶瓷复合钢管在全国已形成上亿元的工业规模。

Abstract:Long ceramic lined steel pipe with a diameter of 800mm can uniformly be produced by SHS-cen-trifugal process in factories. Investigations have indicated that in SHS--gravitational process,the termite reaction is predominantly controlled by gas phase reaction. Curved ceramic lined pipes with a diameter of 273mm have been produced by SHS-gravitational process for the first time. The powder processing system with a totally enclosed structure is already applied on an industrial scale. Nondestructive testing of products has been made possible with the aid of computer systems. Composite glaze layer,which is smooth, crack-f ree , and fully combined with the ceramic layer,is formed on the surface of the ceramic layer with the aid of the remaining heat. In the late ninth Five-Year Planperiod, China has seen emergence of a billion-Yuan market for ceramic lined steel pipe.
