板坯连铸结晶器保护渣的选择和应用

连铸结晶器保护渣对铸坯表面质量具有显著影响。自从韶钢炼钢厂板坯连铸机投产以来，使用的保护渣品种较单一，且一渣多用。特别是在1998年铸坯表面质量问题较为严重，后来采用新型武钢保护渣以后，废品量明显减少。通过对保护渣的作用，物理、化学性能及影响因素的分析，提出了适合韶钢炼钢厂板坯连铸机结晶器保护渣的各种性能指标。

Selection and application of the protective slag of the continuous casting crystallizer for block at SGIS

The protective dregs of the continuous casting crystallizer appreciably affect the quality of the casting block surface. Owing to use of the single assortment of the protective dregs and multi-use of a kind of dreg, the problem on the surface quality of the casting block is more serious since the continuous casting machine for the block has been putting into operation, particularly in 1998 at the Melting Steel Plant of SGIS. The quantity of the waster has been reduced obviously after using the new type protective dregs of Wugang. The various kinds of performance index of the protective dregs of crystallizer for the block continuous casting machine suited to the Melting Steel Plant of SGIS is proposed by analyzing the effect, physical and chemical property and affecting factor of the protective dregs in this paper.
