摘    要:采用化学成分分析、断口分析、硬度测试及金相检验等方法,对某汽车机油泵轴的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该泵轴的断裂为早期疲劳断裂,造成疲劳断裂的主要原因是未按要求对泵轴进行调质处理,致使材料的力学性能未达到设计要求,疲劳强度降低。

Abstract:The fracture of an engine oil pump shaft was investigated by means of chemical compositions analysis,macro-fracture analysis,hardness test and microstructure examination.The results show that the fracture of the pump shaft was early fatigue fracture.The main cause for the fatigue fracture resulted from no quenching and tempering treatment,which led the mechanical property of the material could not meet with the design requirement and fatigue strength of the pump shaft decreased.
