基于PROFIBUS-DP接口的智能PID变频器实现

摘    要:采用模块化设计方法,设计并实现了一个带PROFIBUS-DP通信接口的智能变频器.该变频器以DSP芯片(TMS320F240)作为变频部分的控制核心,同时还作为PROFIBUS-DP接口的微处理器,该变频器使用了专用通讯接口芯片SPC3,构成PROFIBUS-DP总线中的一个智能从站,并讨论了智能PID 控制算法.最后将PROFIBUS-DP 智能从站应用于交流调速系统中,取得了良好的控制效果.

Abstract:An intelligent frequency converter with PROFIBUS-DP interface was designed by adopting modularization design pattern. DSP chip TMS320F240 is the control kernel of the frequency converting part and the microprocessor of PROFIBUS-DP interface. The communication interface chip SPC3 was applied to construct PROFIBUS-DP slave station in this frequency converter, and intelligent PID control algorithm was analyzed. The technology of PROFIBUS-DP slave station was introduced into AC speed regulation svstem, which has better control character.
