| 摘 要： | 根据煤层气开发工程的特点及中国煤层气勘探开发现状，在充分借鉴美国煤层气开发项目经济评价方法和国内有关研究成果的基础上，利用作多年煤层气开发实践经验，建立了一套较为完整的煤层气开发项目经济评价方法和预测模型，并分别从项目投资预测、采气成本计算、产出预测和财务评价等4个方面对此经济评价方法和预测模型加以简要介绍．实际应用结果表明：煤层气开发项目经济评价方法和预测模型是项目决策科学化的重要依据．

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of coalbed methane development project and current status of this project in China, on the existed evaluation method in USA, and on the practice and expariene of the authors, a set of complete economic evaluation method and prediction models for coalbed methane development project are put forward. Four aspects such as project investment prediction, calcualtion of gas production cost, output prediction, and financial evaluation are presented. The results show that the economic evaluation method and prediction models for coalbed methane development project are quite useful in project decision-making. |
