锅炉补给水处理系统的扩建方案与优化设计

在河南某火电厂扩建工程中，对整个锅炉补给水处理系统进行了深入的分析。根据电厂节约用水的要求，采用循环水排污水作水源，选用预处理、反渗透、一级除盐＋混床作为全厂锅炉补给水处理系统。设计中结合一期锅炉补给水条件，保留原有离子交换设备并在车间预留位置扩建1列离子交换设备，同时增设反渗透等预处理系统，为全厂选用了安全、合理并环保的锅炉补给水处理系统。
