新型双封隔器卡水工具

摘    要:以往封隔器卡水工艺受井下各种因素影响及自身封隔器承受拉伸力的作用,常导致卡水失败。设计研制了一种液压卸力器工具,保留了补贴封水工艺各项优点,可使封隔器长期密封。经现场实验应用,采用新型双封器卡水工具一次性封堵井段大,费用低,可回收,不影响油井的下一步措施,且封水效果较好。

Abstract:Water sticking tech by packer, which is influenced by every down hole factors and stress endured by itself, usually fault for sticking water formerly. A kind of power off tool by hydraulic pressure has been developed, which maintains every advantage of sticking water with patch and makes the packer to seal for a long time by applied examples, this new type tool can seal big intervals at once time, at low cost, retrieved and not effect the next step for well's measure and get a good result.
