延川南区块煤层气高效开发钻完井工艺技术探讨

摘    要:延川南区块位于鄂尔多斯盆地东缘南部,煤层气勘探已取得工业突破,目前正进行开发准备工作。通过前期勘探阶段实践,该区块存在的主要问题是单井产量较低、钻井效率有待提高。结合地层特点,对储层改造、钻井井型、完井方式、井身结构、钻井方式、储层保护工艺技术、装备配套及水平井的应用等关键工艺技术进行了探讨,提出了在储层改造方面以水力压裂改造为主、在钻井井型方面以定向井井型为主、在钻井工艺方面以空气旋冲钻井工艺技术为主、在完井工艺方面以下入Φ139.7 mm套管固井为主、在储层保护方面以低固相、低渗透钻井液体系为主、在装备配套方面以采用车载全液压钻机为主等结论,同时对需进一步研究和探讨的钻完井工艺技术方法提出了建议。
