白云岩储层交联酸酸压体系的防腐性能评价

摘    要:交联酸携砂酸压技术作为一种新的油气增产措施在碳酸盐岩储层中的成功应用为酸压工艺技术的发展开拓了新的领域。在酸压工艺过程中酸液对采油设备的腐蚀易使井下油管脱扣,管材突发性破裂等,造成重大的经济损失。对交联酸防腐性能的研究是评价交联酸性能指标的一种重要参数之一。根据腐蚀速率和缓蚀率的行业标准中挂片失重法,试验结果选择了醛酮铵复配的丙炔醇为主剂的缓蚀剂作为白云岩高温储层的交联酸酸压防腐添加剂。静态、高压动态测试结果表明,腐蚀速率和缓蚀率均在行业标准内。与其它酸相比缓蚀性能更好。交联酸体系、各组成及其它添加剂对缓蚀性能影响很小。现场应用表明,交联酸体系能够满足白云岩储层酸压的防腐要求。
