TC4钛合金U形带筋板件超塑性成形的有限元数值模拟

摘    要:分析了钛合金U形带筋板件的结构特点。在MARC2007商业有限元软件中建立了三维刚塑性超塑性成形有限元数值模拟模型,并对该零件成形过程进行了模拟。预测了可能出现的缺陷及位置;分析了零件结构、摩擦系数对成形性能的影响;提出了对零件结构及润滑方式的改进,较大地改善了零件的成形效果。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of the U-shaped TC4 titanium alloy panel with ribs have been analyzed.A super-plastic forming FEM simulation model of the panel has been established by use of MARC2007(a kind of business finite element software),and the forming process has been simulated.The possible defects and positions have been predicted.The influences of part structure and friction coefficient to the forming properties have been analyzed.Finally,the improvement of part structure and lubrication mode have ...
