| 摘 要： | 在熟料冷却机出料温度和热回收效率已经达到比理想效果的形势下．当前其技术发展方向集中在降低成本、提高运行可靠性、简化操作控制和降低投资等方面。重点介绍了国外新型熟料冷却机的性能优势和发展方向：（1）模块化设计降低成本：（2）IKN公司的阻力篦板、CP公司η—冷却机的交叉运动篦板和FLS公司的固定篦床篦板的结构特点和性能优势；（3）采用液压驱动，运行更平稳；（4）使用辊式破碎机，提高了适应性及使用寿命。同时对具有代表性的两种熟料冷却机的经济技术指标进行了分析比较。

| Abstract: | under the present situation of ideal effect of clinker discharge temperature and heat recovery efficiency,issues such as how to low down the cost and reliability of running,ease operation and reduce investment cost have become the focus of study on technical improvement of cooler.This paper introduces the advanced performance of foreign new type clinker cooler and the latest development trend:(1)reduce cost via modular design(2)structural characteristics and performance advantages of the resistance grate of IKN cooler,the cross motion grate of CP cooler and the fixed grate of FLS cooler;(3)hydraulic driving unit makes more stable running;(4)raise applicability and lifespan by using roller crusher.Meanwhile,a comparative analysis of the economic index of two types of typical clinker cooler is also presented. |
