| 摘 要： | 根据塑管接线盒的外观要求和结构特点，注射模采用斜导柱侧向四面抽芯结构，在定模型芯上开设直接浇口和圆槽形的循环冷却水道，动模型芯内部采用隔片式的循环冷却方式，缩短了成型周期。

| Abstract: | According to the outer-surface requirement and structural character of junction box, slanting guiding pole side four-side core-drawing mechanism is used mold, direct gate cycle cooling path is set on the fixed mold core. It used ligame plastic tube in injection nt inside of moveable mold core, as a result the forming cycle is shortened. |
