摘    要:综述了国内外有限元模拟技术(FEA)的发展和在冲压成形领域中的研究状况和应用水平,着重介绍了在冲压模具应力应变分析、结构优化设计和尺寸精度控制方面采用有限元法(FEM)的现状。通过利用弹性有限元法进行冲压模具的应力应变分析,可以优化模具设计,在延长模具寿命、缩短模具开发周期、降低开发成本和提高产品质量等方面均可取得显著的成效。最后指出了FEM在模具分析中的研究和应用的不足之处,并对今后的发展方向提出了看法。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the development of finite-element analysis (FEA) and reviews the worldwide research and application of numerical simulation in cold forming field. Primarily discusses the use of finite element method (FEM) for die stress/strain analysis and optimum tool geometry and dimensional accuracy. It is showed that by using FEM for die stress and strain analysis when the die is regarded as an elastic body, we could improve and optimize the die design. And by FEM analysis we could get great effect in developing dies, such as prolong life of die, shorten period of die development, lower cost of die development and improve quality of product, etc. At last, outlines the deficiency of research and application of FEM in die analysis and puts forward the developmental trends of FEM analysis in the future.
