| 摘 要： | 某综合楼桩基施工完成后,因整幢建筑物要求平移,造成基桩整体移位。本文结合工程实例,探讨采用柱下联合承台处理桩基移位的方法。通过群桩承载力合力点的调整,采用锚杆静压桩协同受力,以经济、快速的方式,成功地解决了桩基整体大尺寸移位的问题。

| Abstract: | The pile-foundation must be translated after constructing, because of the building translated. By means of practical project, this paper explore the method using the united pile-foundations under the column to disposal of the pile-foundation translation. By readjust the join forces of the pile and apply the united force principle of the anchor static-pressure pile,the problem of the pile-foundation translation entirety has been dealt successful. And it achieve a good economic benefit. |
