方形分离器的神经网络运行优化

摘    要:介绍了处理方形分离器原始数据的一种新方法,提出了方形分离器基于改进后的BP算法的神经网络运行优化模型,并借助该模型用相应的优化淮则对方形分离器的运行参数进行了优化,得出了不同入口颗粒浓度下的优化风速,为该方形分离器的运行优化提供了参照依据。

Abstract:In order to process massive data obtained in square cyclone operation experiment, an improved BP neural network model was developed for simulation and optimization, where a new algorithm was adopted. The output results in BP neural network were in accordance with experimental data very well. A relative simple criterion was introduced to evaluate the effects of gas velocity and inlet solid concentration on square cyclone operation. During the optimization process, optimal values of inlet gas velocity were obtained at different inlet solid loads, which could be used to guide square cyclone design or operation.
