| 摘 要： | 静压轴承轴瓦座磨损严重，需加工处理，为此设计一套大型工装。该工装采用主轴带动镗套和镗杆及刀杆的结构来完成球面加工的切削运动，已取得了良好的使用效果。

| Abstract: | The backing of hydrostatic bearing needed repairs due to serious wear, so a large type technical equipment was design. The technical equipment adopted the construction that the spindle drove boring sleeve, boring bar and cutter bar in order to finish machining spherical surface. The improved result was good. |
