现场混装乳化炸药出口压力控制技术

摘    要:为解决现场混装乳化炸药车在使用过程中频繁出现装药出口压力增高等问题,从装药设备、装药原材料、装药作业环境三方面分析了装药出口压力增高的影响因素,并针对不同影响因素条件下的装药出口压力控制技术进行探讨,结果表明输药软管的长度、装药速度、敏化液浓度、乳胶基质温度、乳胶基质粘度、输药管扬程和装药出口压力呈一定正相关的关系,通过选用较大内径的输药软管、增大水环流量可一定程度上降低出口压力,并根据分析结果总结了装药出口压力公式,可为工程实践提供理论支持和技术指导。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of frequent increase in pressure during the use of on-site mixed-emulsion explosive vehicles, the influencing factors of increased outlet pressure were analyzed from three aspects: charging equipment, charging raw materials, and charging operating environment,and to discuss the control technology of the outlet pressure of the charge under different influencing factors.The results show that the length of the drug delivery hose, the speed of the drug, the concentration of the sensitizing solution, the temperature of the latex matrix, the viscosity of the latex matrix, the head of the drug delivery tube have a positive correlation with the outlet pressure of the drug. The hose and the increase of the water ring flow can reduce the outlet pressure to a certain extent, and the formula of the outlet pressure of the charge is summarized according to the analysis results, which can provide theoretical support and technical guidance for engineering practice.
