引汉济渭工程水库适应性调节主题服务研究

摘    要:针对传统水库调节计算模式存在难以适应动态变化的问题,在水库兴利调节计算常规方法的基础上,结合天然来水过程、水量平衡原理,划分水库调节周期为不同时段,运用图解法求解调节流量,提出了一种能适应不同调节周期、不同来水过程、不同供需过程的等流量调节计算方法。基于综合集成平台,将该方法组件化,结合知识图和可视化工具,搭建了引汉济渭工程水库适应性调节计算系统。结果表明,适应性调节计算方法能够使得水库下泄水量在计算周期内最大限度平稳。该系统能将整个调节计算的过程与结果以图、表的形式直观地展示,同时当决策者对调节结果不满意时,可以通过系统进行人工调整,以减轻对用水过程的破坏程度。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the conventional mode of reservoir regulation calculation is difficult to adapt to the dynamic changes, a calculation method of equal flow regulation adaptable for various regulating cycles, various water incoming processes, various supply-demand processes, etc. is proposed herein in combination with the natural water incoming process and the relevant principle of water balance on the basis of the conventional calculation method for the beneficial regulation of reservoir, in which reservior regulation cycles are divided into different periods and adjustment flow is solved by graphic method. Based on a comprehensively integrated platform, the method is componentized, and then a calculation system for the adaptable regulation of reservoir for Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project is established in combination with the relevant knowledge graphs and visual tools. The result shows that the calculation method for the adaptable regulation can make the water discharge amount from reservoir stable to the maximum extent within the calculated cycle. The calculation system of adaptable regulation can intuitively display the whole regulation calculation process with the patterns of graph and table, while it can be manually adjusted through the system, if the regulation result is not satisfied by the decision-maker concerned, so as to decrease the damage extent of the water-use process.
