摘    要:某铜矿生产中粗、扫选均采用130m3浮选机,自建厂以来,生产指标一直较为稳定,但随着矿石性质的变化,指标有恶化趋势.从浮选泡沫粒级产率、粒级铜品位、粒级铜金属分布率和泡沫铜品位等泡沫流动特性方面对浮选指标的影响进行了分析,并在泡沫流动特性分析的基础上提出了提高铜回收指标的途径,为下一步浮选指标优化提供了技术参考依据.

Abstract:The 130m3 flotation machine is used for roughing and scavenging in the process of a copper ore. Since the construction of the factory ,the production index has been relatively stable, but with the change of ore properties, the index tends to deteriorate. In this paper, the effect of floatation index on the floatation index is analyzed from the aspects of flotation foam particle rate, grain grade copper grade, grain grade copper metal distribution rate and foam copper grade. On the basis of the analysis of foam flow characteristics, the way to improve the copper recovery index is put forward, which provides technical reference for the next flotation index optimization. Test the basis.
