摘    要:为了提高离散型制造企业刀具要素回归固化的效率,提出一种以数控程序为载体的快速固化刀具的方法,该方法通过定义刀具的编码规则,针对不同数控系统设计基于正则表达式的信息抽取算法,准确定位换刀位置和提取刀具注释信息,模拟刀具选型过程,建立了基于规则的刀具选配模型,以刀具注释信息作为选配模型输入自动完成刀具选配,获取完整刀具信息,从而实现刀具信息快速固化.依据此方法设计的刀具信息提取和选配工具已完成了千余项零件的刀具固化的验证应用,验证表明,基于信息抽取和刀具选配的刀具固化方法有效地提高了刀具固化的准确率和效率.并且在多品种、小批量、新研产品迭代频繁的离散型制造企业有很强的推广意义.

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of the regression and solidifying of tool elements in distributed manufacturing enterprises,a method of fast solidifying tools based on NC programs is proposed.By defining the coding rules of the tools,the information extraction algorithms based on regular expressions is designed for different NC systems to accurately locate the tool change position and extract the tool annotation information.The tool selection process is simulated,and a rule-based tool selection model is established.With the tool annotation information as the tool selection model input,the tool selection is automatically completed and the complete tool information is obtained to achieve the tool solidifying quickly.The designed tool information extraction and tool selection tool has completed the verification application of tool information extraction and solidifying of more than 1000 parts.The verification shows that the tool solidifying method based on information extraction and tool selection can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of tool solidifying.And it has a strong promotion significance in distributed manufacturing enterprises with multiple varieties,small batches,and frequent iterations of new research products.
