新安江水库供水后调度图优化研究

摘    要:随着部分地区可利用水资源日益紧缺,水库需要承担更多功能,但不同功能间会互相影响和制约,优化水库调度图则是协调水库不同兴利目标之间矛盾的关键。以新安江水电站库区供水工程——千岛湖引水工程为实例,考虑年引水规模9.78亿m~3对新安江水电站造成的影响,通过降低调度图中部分丰水月份的保证出力和在降低出力区内增设供水保证线,最终提出调度图优化研究方案。结果表明:水库按优化调度图运行可减少因引水造成的年发电量损失,并能较好地控制水库水位和下泄流量的变化程度。研究成果可为解决水库发电和其他兴利目标之间的矛盾提供借鉴。

Abstract:Along with the increasing shortage of available water resources in some regions,reservoir needs to carry out more functions,but mutual impacts and restricts are there among different functions,for which the optimization is just the key link for coordinating the conflicts among all the different beneficial goals of reservoir. By taking the water supply project of the reservoir area of Xinganjiang Reservoir—Qiandao Lake Water Diversion Project as a case,the optimized study scheme for the operation chart is finally put forward through decreasing a part of the guaranteed output during the wet months in the operation chart and adding a guaranteed line for the water supply within the decreased output region under the consideration of the impact from the scale of water diversion of 0.978 billion m3 per year on Xinanjiang Hydropower Plant. The result shows that if the reservoir operates in accordance with the optimized operation chart,the loss from the annual power generation caused by the water diversion can be reduced,while the reservoir water level and the change of the discharge flow can be better controlled as well. The study result can provide a reference for solving the contradiction between power generation and the other beneficial goals of reservoir.
