摘    要:连采机截割部升降回路的关键点为油缸平衡阀与背压阀的设置调整。详细论述了以安全与节能为目标的两阀压力调节的理论依据、操作方法。针对现有系统存在的缺陷,通过增设日常检验用截止阀解决截割部升降油缸及平衡阀的快速检验问题;通过增设换向阀使系统既可满足维护时整机抬升需求又可避免正常截割工作时前部机身的无效抬升

Abstract:The key point of lifting circuit of cutting department of continuous miner is the setting and adjustment of cylinder balance valve and back pressure valve. The theoretical basis and operation method of pressure regulation of the two valves aimed at safety and energy saving were discussed in detail.Aimed at the defects of the existing system, the problem of quick inspection of the lifting cylinder and balance valve of the cutting department was solved by adding a cut off valve for daily inspection. By adding a reversing valve, the system could not only meet the lifting requirement of the whole machine during maintenance, but also avoid the invalid lifting of the front fuselage during normal cutting
