基于CATIA的斜心墙土石坝建模与分析

摘    要:以往水利行业的工程设计多是采用传统二维CAD技术,与之相比,BIM(建筑信息模型)技术具有表达直观、纠错能力强、信息完备等优点。为克服传统设计技术图纸不易修改、表达效果抽象、工作效率低下等缺点,以实现适应斜心墙土石坝特点的水利信息化技术为目标,以CATIA为平台,结合某斜心墙土石坝工程,基于VB对CATIA进行二次开发,建立了参数化模型。同时,基于该模型可快速修改与更新的特性,完成了以填筑量为标准的坝轴线方案比选。最后,基于三维模型所提供的信息进行二次开发实现了多截面的坝坡稳定计算。实践证明,CATIA技术可代替传统设计方法实现信息化建模,也可更广泛实现工程建设全过程的分析计算、施工管理与运行管理工作,进一步提升行业管理水平。

Abstract:The conventional 2-D CAD technique is adopted for the most of the engineering designs in the water sector at present. Compared with the conventional method, the BIM (building information modeling) has the merits of intuitive expression, strong error correction ability, complete information, etc. In order to overcome the defects of the conventional design technique, such as difficult modification of technical drawing, abstract expression effect, lower working efficiency, etc., a parameterized model is established in combination with an earth-rockfill dam with inclined core on the basis of the secondary development of CATIA with VB by taking CATIA as the platform and taking realizing the water resources informationization technique which is adaptable to the characteristics of earth-rockfill dam with inclined core as the target. Meanwhile, based on the properties of the model, i.e. rapid modification and update, the comparative selection of the dam axis scheme is finished by taking the filling volume as the standard. Finally, in accordance with the information obtained from the 3-D model, a secondary development is carried out, and then the stability calculation of the dam slope with multi-cross sections is realized. The practice shows that the CATIA technique can not only replacing the conventional design method to realize the informationized modeling, but also can more extensively realize the analysis calculation, construction management and operation management of the whole process of the project construction, thus further enhance the professional level.
