摘    要:包装密封性是影响产品包装质量的主要因素之一,为实现某产品包装工艺自动化,设计制作了包装密封性在线检测装置,采用铜、钢为检测仓、锁紧装置的材质,本文对在线检测装置锁紧机构进行设计计算和仿真计算分析,按照密封性检测时充气压力0.05MPa作为检测压力,设计的锁紧机构夹持力大于检测箱检测气压产生的向上的力,锁紧装置锁紧力和强度满足要求;经仿真验证,锁紧装置的强度满足设计要求,能够稳定可靠的工作。

Design and calculation of on-line inspection locking device for packing tightness

Abstract:The sealing effect of packing is one of the main factors that affect the product packing quality. In order to realize the automatic packing of certain product, an online packing sealing inspection device has been designed and fabricated with steel and copper as the material for the detecting cabin and locking mechanism. Conceptual calculation and simulation calculation have been carried out for the locking mechanism of the online inspection device. With an air pressure of 0.05MPa for the detection of the online inspection device, the holding force of the designed locking mechanism is higher than the force upward generated from the detection air pressure, which together with the strength of the locking mechanism could meet the requirement. Through the simulation calculation, it has been confirmed that the strength of the locking mechanism could meet the design requirement and work reliably and stably.
