增韧剂改性矿用酚尿醛泡沫的实验研究

摘    要:以苯酚、尿素、多聚甲醛为原料,添加增韧剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)和腰果壳油制备酚尿醛(PUF)树脂,并对树脂进行发泡试验,制得PUF泡沫,用于采空区沿空留巷的漏风治理。对比分析增韧剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)和腰果壳油对PUF泡沫的影响,结果表明:聚乙烯醇(PVA)和腰果壳油作为增韧剂能显著增强PUF泡沫的韧性,当把两种增韧剂复配(比例为PVA∶腰果壳油=1∶1)使用且用量为2.5%时,泡沫的粉化率降低22%,密度和压缩强度分别提高到0.11g/cm3和15kPa,微观结构下泡沫的泡孔最为致密完整。

Abstract:Abstract: Using phenol, urea, and paraformaldehyde as raw materials, adding tougheners polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and cashew nut shell liquid to prepare phenol urea formaldehyde (PUF) resin, and conducting a foaming test on the resin, a PUF foam was prepared for mining. Leakage treatment of empty area along empty road. Comparative analysis of the effects of tougheners polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and cashew nut shell liquid on PUF foam, the results show that the introduction of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and cashew nut shell oil as tougheners can significantly enhance the toughness of the foam. Toughener compounding (PVA: cashew nut shell liquid = 1: 1) When used at 2.5%, the foaming rate of foam is reduced by 22%, density and compressive strength are increased to 0.11g / cm3 and 15kpa, respectively. The foam cell structure under the structure is the most dense and complete.
