复杂围岩灾变环境下巷道修复技术研究

摘    要:针对麦垛山煤矿110207工作面运输巷受复杂围岩应力影响,顶板出现开裂下沉等现象,通过对巷道围岩灾变的表现形式、围岩变形机理的研究分析,提出了复杂围岩灾变条件下既要保证支护体之间的协调作用,也要保证支护结构与围岩之间的耦合作用,从而使支护体系达到最佳组合。巷道整体以高强预应力锚杆和锚索梁进行有限让压强化支护,形成以高强、高预应力锚杆支护为基本的支护体系,以锚索为骨架的网状支护单元。通过注浆改变围岩受力状态提高承载能力;巷道特殊地段二次支护采用29#U型可缩性钢支架进行耦合让压支护,使支护体与巷道围岩之间相互耦合;按照“预防为主、综合治理”的原则,提出了“集中疏水泄压+注浆控制裂隙+喷浆封闭”的综合防治水技术,降低顶板裂隙水的影响,确保了巷道围岩的整体稳定性。

Abstract:In view of the phenomenon that the transportation roadway of No. 110207 working face in Maiduoshan coal mine is influenced by the complex surrounding rock stress and the roof appears to crack and sink, this paper studies and analyzes the form of the surrounding rock disaster and the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock of the roadway, it is put forward that the coordination between the support and the coupling between the support structure and the surrounding rock should be ensured under the condition of complex surrounding rock disaster, so that the support system can achieve the best combination. High-strength pre-stressed Bolt and anchor cable beam are used to strengthen the roadway with limited yielding pressure, forming a network support unit with high-strength and high-stress Bolt as the basic support system and anchor cable as the framework. Through grouting, the stress State of the surrounding rock is changed to improve the bearing capacity, and the 29 # u-type retractable steel support is used to support the secondary support in the special section of the roadway, so that the support body and the surrounding rock of the roadway are coupled According to the principle of "prevention first, comprehensive treatment" , this paper puts forward the comprehensive water control technology of "concentrated drainage pressure relief + grouting control fissure + shotcreting seal" , which can reduce the influence of roof fissure water and ensure the overall stability of roadway surrounding rock.
