采空区顶底板收敛监测系统研究

摘    要:传统的采空区顶底板收敛监测手段存在精度低、需外部供电、集成度低、故障率高、不易扩展等缺点,通过对磁致伸缩传感器、ZigBee无线通信技术和MESH自组网技术的研究,搭建了一套本地供电、高集成度、高精度、高防护、易诊断、易扩展的采空区顶底板收敛监测系统。通过现场工业试验,验证了该系统的精度可达到亚毫米级,它能够在采空区这种黑暗、潮湿、无线信号不覆盖、缺乏外部供电等特殊环境下稳定快捷地获得采空区顶底板收敛信息,为矿山提供了一种更稳定更直观的用于井下地压监测的新装备。

Abstract:The traditional monitoring methods of roof and floor distances in goaf have the disadvantages of low accuracy, external power supply, low integration, high failure rate, and not easy to expand. In this paper, a set of local power supply, high integration, high accuracy, high protection, easy diagnosis, and easy to expand roof and floor distances in goaf is built through the research of magnetostrictive sensor, ZigBee wireless communication technology and mesh self-organizing network technology monitoring system. Through the field industrial test, it is verified that its accuracy can reach submillimeter level. It can obtain the distance information of the roof and floor in goaf quickly and stably under the special environment of the goaf, such as dark, humid, wireless signal not covered, lack of external power supply and so on. It provides a stable and intuitive new equipment for underground ground pressure monitoring for the mine.
