摘    要:以RU型圆弧齿同步带为研究对象,通过分析啮合冲击噪声和横向振动噪声的产生机制,得到转速为影响同步带传动噪声的主要原因。在同步带振动与噪声试验台上进行转速对同步带的振动与噪声影响规律的试验研究。利用激光位移传感器和声压传感器测量啮入点处同步带传动的振动和噪声信号,得到啮入点处的噪声和振动的时域分布曲线和频域分布曲线。从噪声和振动随转速变化规律曲线可知:随着转速的增加,噪声幅值逐渐增大,振动幅值逐渐减小。研究结果为同步带传动振动与噪声的控制提供了依据。

Theoretical Analysis and Experimental Research on the Transmission Noise of Circular Tooth Synchronous Belt
Abstract:RU type circular tooth synchronous belt was taken as the research object, by analyzing the mechanism of meshing impact noise and transverse vibration noise, it had been determined that the speed was the main reason affecting the transmission noise of synchronous belt. An experimental study on the effect of speed on the vibration and noise of the synchronous belt was carried out on the vibration and noise test bench. Laser displacement sensor and sound pressure sensor were used to measure the vibration and noise signals of synchronous belt at the meshing point, and the time domain and frequency domain distribution curves of noise and vibration at the meshing point were obtained. Curve of noise and vibration changing with the speed shows that with the increase of the speed, the noise amplitude increases gradually, and the vibration amplitude decreases gradually. The result provides a basis for the control of vibration and noise of synchronous belt transmission
