液压缸驱动平面转动机构的等效负载折算方法研究

摘    要:针对液压缸驱动平面转动机构的等效负载折算问题,利用等效力矩法推导得到等效质量和等效黏性阻尼系数计算公式,并利用AMESim仿真平台对液压缸驱动平面转动机构进行建模和仿真,通过比较等效后系统液压固有频率和阻尼比理论计算结果与等效前机构液压固有频率和阻尼比仿真结果,证明了理论分析得到的等效质量和等效黏性阻尼系数计算公式是合理的。所提出的等效负载折算方法,同样适用于采用气缸或电动缸驱动的平面转动机构。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the equivalent load conversion of the plane rotating mechanism driven by the hydraulic cylinder, the equivalent mass and equivalent viscous damping coefficient calculation formulas were derived by using the equivalent moment method, and the AMESim simulation platform was used to model and simulate the plane rotating mechanism driven by the hydraulic cylinder. Compared the theoretical calculation results of the hydraulic natural frequency and damping ratio of the equivalent system with the simulation results, the rationality of the equivalent mass and equivalent viscous damping coefficient calculation formulas obtained by theoretical analysis was proved. The proposed equivalent load conversion method is also suitable for the planar rotating mechanism driven by pneumatic or electric cylinder.
