Abstract: | A fully distributed proportional resource allocation algorithm with QoS (Quality of Service) guarantees has been proposed to solve the serious co-tier interference caused by the deployment of femtocells. Based on a potential game algorithm, we design a half-allocation strategy and a probabilistic quit strategy in which the finite resource can be allocated according to users’ demand and the interference resource can be quitted according to a probability distribution function. Simulation results show that this algorithm has excellent performance in fairness, spectrum spatial reuse and convergence. All the features verify that our algorithm is a simple and efficient solution for resource allocation in femtocell networks without any information exchange. |
