水力一体化治漂与枢纽库面安防系统研究及实施

摘    要:为改善水利工程现有治漂措施存在功能相互独立、操作被动、效率低等不足,保障工程效益和水面安全,依据漂浮物特性、河势及工程布置特点,利用水力一体治漂浮排、浮槽、浮闸进行水力学模型试验,对水力一体拦、导、清(排)漂治理技术进行研究,多方案组合试验均取得因势利导一体化综合治漂效果。其中,主要技术"水力一体治漂浮排"经工程现场实际运用检验可实现主动、大量治漂,可拦截各类大型危险漂浮物,减少中间操作环节。研究结果表明,水力一体化治漂方式能够适应漂浮物特点,改善治漂方式,可以为工程长效稳定治漂提供技术支撑,其实用装备可应用于各类相关工程,为水利枢纽构建水面安防系统提供技术支持。

Abstract:In order to improve the defects of inter-independence among functions, passive operation, lower efficiency, etc. of the existing floating debris control measures for water control project and then ensure the project benefits and the safety of the water surface, the technologies for barraging, guiding, cleaning ( discharging) and controlling floating debris are studied herein by hydraulic model experiments made with floating-raft, floating-trough and floating-gate for the hydraulic integrated floating debris control in accordance with the properties of floating debris, river regime and the characteristics of project layout, from which the effects from the integrated comprehensive controls according to the specific conditions are obtained from the schemes of several combinations of the experiments, in which the main technology——floating-raft for the hydraulic integrated floating debris control can not only realize active and large amount of debris control for barraging all kinds of large-sized dangerous floating debris through the engineering test made on the actual in situ application, but can also decrease the relevant intermediate operation links as well. The study result shows that the mode of the hydraulic integrated floating debris control is adaptable for the properties of debris and improves the floating debris control mode, thus can provide a technical support for the long-term effective and stable floating debris control for water control project, of which its practical equipment can be applied to all kinds of relevant projects for laying a technical basis for establishing the water surface security systems for the projects concerned.
