摘 要: | 介绍一种基于离散型生产组织模式下的框类零件柔性生产线设计方案。基于对航空、宇航等典型离散型行业产品零件结构特征、零件工艺性、生产任务特点的分析与研究,提出通过构建柔性生产线系统解决离散型零件研制生产过程中存在的效率低、周期长、成本高等共性问题。通过对柔性生产线硬件建设、I/O通信技术、工艺标准化、生产排产等智能制造技术的研究与应用,提出一套完整的解决思路和方法。该方案兼具高效率、低成本、通用性等优点,技术成熟度较高,建设一次性投资少,自动化程度高,对制造业转型高质量发展具有重要意义

Design and Application of Flexible Production Line for Frame Parts Under Discrete Production Mode |

Abstract: | A flexible production line design scheme for frame parts based on discrete production organization mode was introduced. Based on the analysis and research on the structural features, manufacturability and production task characteristics of the parts in typical discrete industries such as aviation and aerospace, a flexible production line system was built to solve the common problems of low efficiency, long cycle and high cost in the development and production of discrete parts.Through the research and application of flexible production line hardware construction, I/O communication technology, process standardization, production scheduling and other intelligent manufacturing technologies, a complete set of solution ideas and methods was put forward. The scheme has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, universality, high technology maturity, low one time investment and high degree of automation, which is of great significance for the manufacturing industry transformation high quality development |
