聚脲基涂层对碳纤维布加固混凝土力学性能影响的研究

摘    要:为了提高碳纤维布加固混凝土中碳纤维材料与混凝土之间相互作用的性能,研究提出在混凝土和碳纤维布之间增加一层柔性聚脲基涂层,通过模型试验及有限元仿真计算的手段,对比分析了有无聚脲基涂层对碳纤维布加固力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,含有聚脲基涂层时可以改善界面处的粘结性能,提高其剥离承载力和界面剥离破坏能等。基于双线性内聚力的界面粘结—滑移关系曲线,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS分别对聚脲基涂层有/无两种工况进行非线性有限元仿真分析。模拟结果表明,当含有聚脲基涂层时,数值分析结果和试验结果具有较好的一致性。试验结果和数值解均证明了聚脲基涂层可以提高碳纤维布(CFRP)和混凝土基面之间的极限承载力和界面剥离破坏能,对水工结构碳纤维加固实际应用具有参考价值。

Abstract:In order to enhance the performance of the interaction between carbon fiber material and concrete in the carbon fiber cloth reinforced concrete, it is proposed from the relevant study to add a layer of flexible polyurea-coat between concrete and carbon fiber cloth, and then the effects from the interface with and without polyurea-coats on the carbon fiber cloth reinforced concrete are comparatively analyzed herein by means of experimental test and finite element calculation. The experimental result shows that the adhesive performance of the interface can be improved with the polyurea-coat, thus the debonding bearing capacity and interface debonding failure energy are to be enhanced. Based on the bilinear cohesive interface bond-slip relation curve, the nonlinear finite element simulative analyses are respectively made on both the working conditions with and without polyurea-coat with the finite element analysis software—ABAQUS. The simulation result shows that the results from both the numerical analysis and the experiment are better coincided, when the polyurea-coat is adopted. Both the experimental result and the numerical solution verify that the ultimate bearing force and the interface debonding failure energy between the carbon fiber cloth and the concrete surface can be enhanced by the polyurea-coat, which has a reference value for the actual application of the reinforcement of concrete with carbon fiber cloth.
